Whether it’s a good book, a favorite food or watching a particular television show, your spirit and well-being cannot be forgotten, so take the time to fuel your tank.
After you’ve had time to care for yourself, you’ll find yourself more rejuvenated to return to your caregiving duties and more prepared to take on whatever new challenges come your way.
