Instead of criticizing who you aren’t or where you think you fall short, what if you spent time thinking about what makes you remarkable?

Sadly, we spend more time being critical instead of focusing on self-love and all the wonderful qualities we have.

Write a list of 25 qualities or physical traits that you absolutely love about yourself. Don’t be bashful!  Give yourself the credit you so need and deserve. Take as much time as you need and keep writing until the list of 25 is complete.  No judgements allowed. When you’re done, read it out loud and then tuck the list away. Set a reminder to come back to the list in 6 months, or sooner if you prefer.

Practicing self-love is something we all need more of, so repeat this exercise yearly or as often as you want!
